heygirl.Ai provides an AI companion platform featuring AI-generated characters, chat, images, videos and live streams. By using the service you agree to these terms. The platform is strictly for users aged 18 or over.

2. Fictional Content

All characters, personalities and media are fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental. Interactions are entertainment only.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address when registering.

4. Tokens & Payments

• Tokens are a virtual currency used to unlock premium features and content.
• Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers and are final once tokens are credited, except where required by applicable law.
• Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or withdrawn (except for eligible creator payouts under our creator programs).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: attempt to hack, scrape or disrupt the service; resell access; use the service for unlawful purposes; or generate content depicting minors. Violations result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service. The platform, characters and brand are property of heygirl.Ai.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
